Real Estate
- To renew your Real Estate License in the state of New Mexico, you are required to complete 30 continuing education hours every three years.
- Licensees are required to take the 8-hour MANDATORY Course and 22 additional hours of commission approved courses every 3-year cycle.
- Licensees can have a minimum of 12 hours per three-year cycle of Education instruction. They can have a maximum of 10 hours per three-year cycle of Training instruction.
- You are required to turn in your CE certificate at the time that you file your renewal.
